As per the guidelines of the UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, Mithila College of IT & Management has constituted a Student Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC) to address genuine problems and complaints of students. The college administration ensures a secure and contented academic environment and provides a structured mechanism for resolving academic, administrative, and personal grievances.

Objectives of SGRC

  • Provide students a platform to lodge complaints without fear
  • Ensure fair, impartial, and transparent grievance resolution
  • Prevent unfair or non-transparent practices
  • Promote a harmonious educational atmosphere

Mechanism of the Cell

  • Students may submit complaints in the SGRC box or via email
  • Box is opened every Saturday by coordinators
  • Issues are analyzed and forwarded to concerned departments
  • Timely resolution ensured with follow-up until final disposal
