The Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme is a flagship initiative of the Government of Bihar designed to support students from financially weaker backgrounds. The scheme enables students who have completed Class 12th to pursue higher education in professional and technical courses.

Students who wish to study courses such as BCA, BBA, and other professional programs but are unable to afford the college fees can apply for financial assistance under this scheme.

How to Apply for Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme?

Students can apply for the scheme by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official website
    www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in

  2. Click on “New Applicant Registration”

  3. Enter the required details:

    • Name

    • Email ID

    • Aadhaar Number

    • Mobile Number

  4. Verify your registration by entering the OTP received on your phone or email

  5. After successful registration, log in using the credentials sent to your email

  6. Fill in all required personal and academic details

  7. From the dropdown menu, select the scheme “Student Credit Card Scheme”

  8. Enter the details of the Applicant and Co-applicant

  9. After submitting the application, you will receive a Unique Application ID on your registered email and mobile number

  10. Download the PDF copy of your application form

  11. You will receive a message with the date and time to visit the DRCC center

  12. Visit the DRCC center with the application form and required documents to complete the final verification process.
