Important Notice

This is an important notice to all students of Mithila College of IT & Management. It is mandatory for every student to understand that any involvement in ragging, whether active or passive, or being complicit in promoting or abetting ragging, will lead to strict and severe action.

Zero Tolerance Policy

The Anti-Ragging Committee enforces a zero-tolerance policy in full accordance with the AICTE regulations for the prevention and prohibition of ragging in AICTE-approved institutions and the relevant UGC regulations.

Consequences of Ragging

  • Expulsion from the institution
  • Suspension from classes
  • Other punitive action as per AICTE & UGC guidelines
  • Criminal proceedings under applicable law
